Victoria Dutko Leonelli is a lifetime resident of Uniontown/Fayette County. She was the Curator of the Pennsylvania Room, the Uniontown Public Library for almost two decades. She helped build and develop the collection there. Vicki has authored three books, Around Uniontown,one of the areas “go to books”, Do You Remember When… and the Unexplained, Stories, Folklore and Legends of Fayette County, Pennsylvania. She is a lifetime member of the Fayette County Historical Society, a member of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists. Vicki has served on many service committees throughout the County for many years. She served as Fayette County’s representative of the Southwestern Preservation Heritage Committee and was a board member of the Uniontown Friends of the Library for many years where she helped fund raise. Vicki is an experienced and well respected genealogical and historical researcher. She promotes and encourages reading to young people and students. She and her family have always called Uniontown their home. Her passion is writing about the great historical treasures Uniontown and Fayette County has to offer.
